Can I just dermaplane at home?

  So the topic is, can I dermaplane at home? So first I feel as though I need to explain exactly what dermaplaning is.  Dermaplaning as a service is a removal of the vellus hair a.k.a. “peach fuzz” as well as 2 to 3 weeks of dead skin. It also serves well to uncover clogged pores annd it allows for the deeper penetration of products and ingredients into the skin. The way that skin professionals perform this treatment is by using a scalpel similar to what a surgeon would use, to go back-and-forth over the skin thus removing the excess hair and dead skin leading to smoother, brighter, more refined skin texture, and tone. This tool is not something that most people would recommend to the general public because of course it can be quite dangerous, causing nicks and bleeding if not properly trained, especially if you are on a medication that may cause your blood to thin.
